Whether you want to jog along country lanes or power up and over hills, the virtual 2024 TCS London Marathon is your chance to complete 26.2 miles however and wherever you wish.

Join people from more than 100 countries, from Argentina to Zimbabwe, and take part in the biggest marathon in the world wherever you are.

You can choose to undertake this on a route of your choice from 00:00 on Sunday morning 21st April to 23:59:59 BST - Mid-night Sunday night 21st April.  You will be doing the distance on the same day as the mass event in London, and break it up into stages if you need to. You’ll receive the same medal and support.
